No drag at all

Very nice looking but the first trip out I discover that this reel has zero drag. Not my first baitcasting reel so im not the issue. I recommend buying a kastking if youre looking for a budget minded reel. Missed my return window by a few days. What a drag!!

Do not buy!

The reel I received was junk out of the box. I had to pay shipping to return it. Gears were junk from factory. Got my replacement reel,I really wanted to like this reel, but the company claims it will handle a catfish up to 100 pounds! Yet it struggled big time with a 10 pound flathead. The owner of catfish pro Mike Baker didn't want to help me with a refund. Only wanted to insult me saying I didn't know how to use a baitcaster. SO HERE'S YOUR REVIEW MIKE BAKER! catfish pro tells suck! Do not waste your hard earned money on them and just spend the money on a abu garcia c3 7000 and be done with it.
